We apply a topical numbing cream to the scalp before treatment, which keeps the experience comfortable. Most clients describe mild pressure during the micro-injections rather than pain.

Most clients return to normal activities the same day. You may notice mild tenderness or redness at the scalp for 24–48 hours. There is no visible downtime that stops you going about your day.

One session begins the process, but hair growth is gradual — for meaningful, lasting improvement in shedding and thickness, we recommend a course of 2 to 4 sessions, spaced 4–6 weeks apart. Your practitioner will recommend the right number at consultation.

PRP is suitable for most people experiencing early to moderate hair thinning or shedding. It's particularly effective when started early. We'll never proceed if it's not right for you — your consultation is the moment to discuss this honestly.

Yes. Package sessions can be spread out as your schedule allows — we recommend 4–6 weeks between sessions for best results. Your package is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
